Research Visit

Nature of participation:

During the program, I worked as part of a research team under the supervision of a professor specializing in research in the university's laboratories. My work experience was divided between two different laboratories. In the morning, I participated in a research team specializing in stretchable nanoconductors, and in the afternoon, I worked as part of another team on a robot being developed in the Mechanical Engineering Department.

Scientific and practical experience:

The experience gained from working in the nanoconductors lab was extensive in the field and foundations of scientific research. I also gained practical experience working on the robot, where I was tasked with working on electrical circuits and an electronic control panel.

Other activities:

Through the program, a visit was organized to Duke University in the same state. On a personal level, I got to know Friends from all over the world, I also took advantage of the weekend to visit the city and its landmarks. I visited the Scientific and Historical Museum, in addition to the fact that Raleigh has an exceptional nature full of lakes and rivers, which made it an unforgettable place.‏
