Course Study
Nature of participation: My participation was for a full semester at Anadolu University in Turkey, during which I successfully completed seven theoretical courses, learned about the cultures of students from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and was able to take a tour of Turkey.
Scientific and practical experience: During my studies in Turkey, I encountered teaching techniques different from what I was previously accustomed to, and I gained a solid background, especially in financial management, financial statement analysis, and scientific research.
Other activities: An essential part of the student exchange experience is cultural exchange. I was able to communicate and mingle with students from different nationalities and cultures, which enhanced my ability to communicate and break down social barriers and stereotypes about these peoples and cultures. Most importantly, I gained wide-ranging friendships and relationships. I also visited different cities and learned a lot about the history and geography of Turkey. Thanks to this experience, I gained a new culture and awareness. Most importantly, I represented Palestine and talked about the Palestinian issue to people who had never heard of it before, or whose perceptions were sometimes the opposite.
