Nature of participation: Participation of an elite group of Arab youth in a training program aimed at preparing young leaders and developing their skills in various fields, organized by the Leadership Development Institute in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Scientific and practical experience: The institute aims to prepare leaders and create a generation capable of assuming responsibility and making sound decisions to achieve sustainable development across the Arab world. The program includes several lectures that develop the leadership skills necessary to build character, as well as self-directed workshops aimed at developing leadership skills, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurship among Arab youth.

Other activities: We learned about Egyptian civilization and visited many archaeological, cultural, and recreational sites, including the Luxor Temple, Karnak Temples, the Valley of the Kings, and Luxor University. We also took a Nile cruise and toured the tourist market.
