Practical Training
Nature of participation:
The training lasted several weeks and included multiple aspects, including theoretical and practical knowledge, along with recreational and tourism activities. Additionally, the program provided an opportunity for cultural exchange, allowing students to learn about diverse cultures and contributing to their academic development across multiple disciplines.
Scientific and practical experience:
The student exchange program provided me with a unique opportunity to explore societies through diverse scientific and cultural perspectives. Thanks to Warith Al-Anbiya University and the College of Engineering, I was able to delve deeper into my field of study in new ways. The experience was rich and exceptional, transcending academic frameworks and engineering disciplines, giving me an invaluable opportunity to expand my knowledge and discover a new culture. The experience included introductory tours of the College of Engineering's advanced classrooms and laboratories, as well as field visits to the Derman Prosthetics Center, where I learned about the manufacture of prosthetic molds, their shapes, and types. I also visited industrial facilities such as Dar Al-Warith Publishing and Printing, one of the largest printing presses in Iraq. I also participated in various projects on campus and visited centers and projects affiliated with the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, where I benefited from intensive theoretical and practical training from prominent teaching staff and engineers. This helped enhance my practical experience and significantly expand my knowledge.
Other activities:
This exchange was full of cultural and recreational activities. We had the opportunity to meet colleagues from different Arab countries and explore their diverse cultures, in addition to interacting with the brotherly Iraqi people. We also visited various locations in Iraq and explored its fascinating civilization. We participated in various recreational activities with our exchange colleagues, which greatly enhanced our experience.
