Study courses

Nature of participation:

As a student at Middle East Technical University in Turkey, I had the opportunity to study within a highly international academic environment, participating in courses that combined theoretical and practical aspects. This unique experience helped hone my academic skills and enhance my intellectual capabilities within a multicultural student community.

Scientific and practical experience:

During my studies at Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ) in Turkey, I had an exceptional experience that directly impacted my academic and personal growth. It wasn't just a passing phase of study; it was a turning point that opened up new cognitive and cultural horizons for me. My daily interactions with professors from distinguished research backgrounds, and colleagues from diverse countries and cultures, helped me reconsider the way I think, work, and learn.

In a challenging and diverse study environment, I learned how to balance independence and collaboration, and how to express my ideas clearly in culturally and linguistically diverse contexts. Communicating in Turkish was a bold step that pushed me outside my comfort zone and gave me greater confidence in my ability to adapt quickly and learn independently.

This experience not only added to my academic knowledge, but also formed a true part of my identity as a student researcher striving for excellence in a global environment.

Other activities:

I was keen to explore cultural and social aspects outside of my studies. I visited neighboring cities, learned about rich historical landmarks, and participated in student events and cultural and religious evenings that brought me together with students of various nationalities, allowing me to experience a profound human connection and cross-cultural communication.
