Field Training

Nature of participation:

The course included both practical and theoretical aspects.

Scientific and practical experience:

One of the most in-demand programming fields in the software world is web development, which we gained during the training through practical application. We first learned the basics of web development, both front-end and back-end. We then practiced through small tasks on the practical application of these basics. We then began working on a complete e-commerce web project, learning the modern techniques used to build the project's front-end, as well as the techniques used to build the project's back-end and link it to the front-end. We also learned how to work as a team.

Other activities:

In addition to the practical experience gained, there were many other non-academic benefits to this training. I got to know many people of different nationalities, languages, and religions, which enabled me to strengthen my English and learn some other languages. I also learned about the geographical locations of tourist and archaeological sites such as the Dead Sea, the Red Sea, Aqaba, and Petra, which is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. This also provided an accurate picture of the Islamic religion and corrected the false beliefs they had, as religions were different here. It also introduced them to the Palestinian issue and conveyed the truth, which was different from what they believed.
