Field Training
Nature of participation: A month-long training program that included both theoretical and practical aspects. Theoretical: Lectures, open discussions on topics related to the specialty. Practical: University laboratories.
Scientific and practical experience: Learning the basics of SIMATIC Manager and its uses for motor control, the basics of MATLAB, and the basics of solar panel installation.
Other activities: This trip was a wonderful experience. I made new friends from various Arab countries, learned about Egyptian culture, and visited many historical and cultural sites, such as the Pyramids, Alexandria, Lake Qarun, and the Nile River.
