Field Training

Nature of participation: Field training in university laboratories. The training was in the Electrical Engineering Department, Computer and Communications Branch, where the majority of the training was conducted. In addition, a tour of the Energy Department laboratories was included, where we learned about the laboratories. Finally, we visited the Electrical Engineering laboratories in the Power Department.

Scientific and practical experience: We conducted extensive experiments with the Arduino microcontroller, and were ultimately able to program a car that moves according to specific instructions. We also participated in energy lab experiments on solar and wind energy, which were new experiences and gained additional experience.

Other activities: Making friends from different Arab regions, especially Egypt, learning about new cultures in Arab countries, and visiting tourist and archaeological sites in Jordan, such as Jerash, Ajloun, Madaba, and the rose-red city of Petra.
