Nature of participation:

One-month training in the Civil Engineering Department at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan.

Scientific and practical experience:

We began our training by getting acquainted with the university's laboratories, starting with the Roads and Pavements Laboratory, the Soil Mechanics Laboratory, the Surveying Laboratory, the Building Materials Technology Laboratory, and the Water and Environmental Engineering Laboratory. Through these, we learned about the most important experiments and tools in the engineering field. We completed our training by conducting field trips to buildings under construction at the university, where we learned about the final finishing stages of buildings. This helped me gain experience and build new visions for the future.

Other activities:

We got to know the beauty of Jordan, its history and heritage, through introductory tours to the most important tourist attractions in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, such as Jerash, Ajloun, Madaba, Mount Nebo, and finally Petra. We made friends and colleagues from different nationalities and religions. In the end, we represented our university and our field of study in an excellent manner before the participating countries and were excellent ambassadors for our countries. I can only thank our beloved university and the Dean of our college, Dr. Moatamad Al-Khatib, for giving us the opportunity to participate.
