Communication Engineering and Technology
Jordan
Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan
Cultural/Field Training
Nature of participation:
Field training at the university for approximately one month, consisting of regular attendance in the university's computer and communications labs for three weeks, with the final week spent in the energy labs.
Scientific and practical experience:
Initially, we learned how to program the Arduino and run several applications on it, such as the Smart Robot. We then moved to the Communications Department and learned about FM/AM sound waves. We applied our voices practically, noticing the differences in our voices depending on the frequency. Finally, we were introduced to several very modern devices in energy farms and ran some practical experiments with the help of engineers.
Other activities:
Visiting several ancient sites in Jordan, such as the Rose City of Petra, Jerash, Ajloun Castle, and Madaba. We made friends with my fellow exchange students from Arab countries/Egypt and Oman and some friends and engineers at Al-Zaytoonah University.
